Lily Fredericks represents people facing criminal charges at one of the most frightening moments of their lives. She believes that everyone accused of a crime deserves a lawyer who listens carefully, prepares thoroughly, and treats them as a person rather than a case number.

Lily began her career as a student attorney at the Public Defender’s Office in MN’s First District. That experience showed her how much is at stake in every single case, and how much it means to a client to have someone in their corner who takes the time to understand their story. 

Lily is now an Attorney at Pacyga Trial Lawyers, learning from attorneys who have spent years defending clients in Minnesota’s state and federal courts. She brings energy, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to careful research and preparation, and is dedicated to making sure no detail of a client’s case is overlooked.

Lily is committed to communicating well with clients, spending the necessary time to get to know clients deeply, and keeping an open and honest perspective toward each client and their case. 

Lily is from Eden Prairie, MN. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, going on runs, taking her dog for walks, and spending time with her family and friends.
